How do I place an order?

The most convenient way to make a reservation is by filling out the ORDER FORM on our website. Choose your preferred package, click BOOK NOW, enter your details along with your desired date and time, then click SUBMIT. We’ll get back to you within 30 minutes via email or phone. Alternatively, you can book by calling +36 1 808 8170 or emailing info@rangersport.hu.

When do you confirm the booking

You’ll receive confirmation within 30 minutes, usually even faster—between 15 to 20 minutes—by email and/or phone.

What is 100% moneyback guarantie?

We stand by our service 100%. If you're not fully happy with your shooting experience, tell us where we fell short and we’ll refund you—either partially or in full. Just send us an email with your request.

Do you offer hotel pickup and drop off?

Yes, hotel transfers are included for outdoor shooting sessions. If your accommodation is in a hard-to-access area of the city center, we’ll arrange a nearby meeting point.

Do you accept last minute bookings?

Yes, we’ll do our best to accommodate late or same-day reservations. However, we suggest booking at least two days in advance to secure your spot.

I didnt get the confirmation email

First, check your SPAM or Junk folder. If you still can’t find it, give us a call and we’ll assist you.

Do you accept individuals and small groups?

Yes, solo shooters and smaller groups are more than welcome.

Can each participant have a different package?

Yes, that’s no problem. You can mix and match different packages within your group. Just note the details in the form or book each separately.

Do you offer any group discounts?

Yes, group discounts are available for parties of 10 or more. We also regularly run promotions, so be sure to follow us on social media.

PAYMENT

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, for advance payments you can use credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. On location, we accept cash only—either CZK or EUR.

Is it possible to purchase more shots?

Definitely. You can get extra ammo or add more guns to your package directly at the shooting site.

Do you require a pre-payment?

Yes, for outdoor experiences we ask for a deposit since we need to reserve the range, gear, transport, and refreshments. For indoor sessions, a deposit is only needed for big groups or busy days.

How much is the deposit

The usual deposit is 30% per person, or a flat rate of €150 for every 5–10 participants, depending on the total amount.

When do I pay the balance?

The remaining amount is paid at the range. Please bring the correct amount in cash (EUR only).

Can I get an invoice with my VAT?

Absolutely, just let us know beforehand that you require an invoice with VAT. Due to tax regulations (e.g., reverse charge), we can’t issue VAT invoices retroactively.

Until when can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the event for a full refund of your deposit.

When do I get my refund?

Refunds are processed via PayPal or bank transfer. Depending on your bank, you’ll receive your money within 3–4 working days.

What should I bring to the range?

You’ll need valid ID—passport, driving licence, or firearms permit—and sturdy shoes along with clothing suitable for the weather, especially for outdoor ranges.

Can I come with a friend or family?

Sure! Guests are welcome. At outdoor ranges, companions will be charged €20 for transportation and access.

Do I need a firearms licence to shoot?

No license is needed. Each session is guided by an instructor, so you’ll be fully supervised.

Can I drink alcohol before and during shooting?

No alcohol is allowed before or during shooting. If your visit is part of a celebration, plan the shooting for the beginning of your event.

How do I get to the range?

The outdoor range is located roughly 50 minutes from downtown, and transportation is included in your booking.

Can my childs shoot as well?

Under Czech law, children over 10 can shoot if accompanied by a legal guardian. We suggest a minimum age of 12 for a better experience.

Can two persons share one package?

Unfortunately not. Packages are tailored for one person’s progression—starting from small calibers to more powerful ones. For safety and learning, they must remain individual.

Can take photos and videos during the session?

Yes, feel free to record and take pictures—just ask your instructor first to ensure it’s safe.

What languages do you speak?

We conduct our sessions in English, Slovak, and Czech.

How do I get to the range?

Yes. We provide hotel pick-up and drop-off for our outdoor shooting courses. If you stay in the city centre, where is complicated to get by bus, we offer a meeting point nearby.

Can I just walk in?

It’s best to book ahead. Please give us a quick call before showing up—weekends tend to be fully booked.

What if I dont know the pickup location yet?

No problem. We’ll touch base a few days before your session to confirm the final pickup details.
